Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and the invoice.
The return request is submitted within 3-5 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items
Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at [email protected] within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or share the return address, depending on your location.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
For prepaid orders: The refund will be credited back to your bank account, credit card, or wallet.
For COD orders: We will request your bank details via email to process the refund.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.
